Optimizing student learning achievement through education management and learning technology utilization

Abstract
This article discusses the impact of educational management and the utilization of learning technology on students' academic achievement. The background of this study is driven by the challenges faced by educators in improving the quality of education and students' academic performance in the digital era. The aim of this article is to examine how effective educational management and the integration of learning technology can contribute to enhancing students' academic performance. The method used in this article is a literature review that examines various studies related to educational management and learning technology. The results of the research show that good educational management, such as creating a conducive learning climate and the role of educational leaders in motivating teachers, can significantly improve students' performance. Additionally, learning technology, especially interactive learning applications, allows students to learn more independently, flexibly, and collaboratively, which in turn enhances their engagement and achievement.
Artikel ini membahas pengaruh manajemen pendidikan dan pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan prestasi akademik siswa di era digital. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana manajemen pendidikan yang efektif dan integrasi teknologi pembelajaran dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi literatur yang mengkaji berbagai penelitian terkait manajemen pendidikan dan teknologi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan yang baik, seperti pengelolaan iklim belajar yang kondusif dan peran pemimpin pendidikan dalam memotivasi guru, secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Selain itu, teknologi pembelajaran, terutama aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif, memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar lebih mandiri, fleksibel, dan kolaboratif, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan keterlibatan dan prestasi mereka.
