IJR publishes all its journals in full open access, meaning unlimited use and reuse of articles, provided proper credit is given to the authors. All articles are published under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license.

Authors are required to pay a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of peer review administration and management, professional production of articles in PDF and other formats, and dissemination of published papers through various channels, in addition to other publishing services.

Please note that the option to make an advance payment is available; however, it does not guarantee manuscript acceptance. There are no charges for rejected articles, no submission fees, and no additional costs based on the length of the article, number of figures, or supplementary data. Certain article types (Editorials, Corrections, Addenda, Retractions, Comments, etc.) are published free of charge.

Article Publication Charge (APC): Rp. 550.000,00

Withdrawal Policy:
If an author withdraws a manuscript after it has entered the review or production process, a withdrawal fee of Rp. 1.000.000,00 will be charged.
